the ride journal is one of those mags / journals i don’t need to flick through, i pick it up and take it straight to the till; no flicking needed, you know you’re guaranteed a good read. it sounds horribly cliched but you can read the book by its cover, the care and attention to detail that goes into the illustration really is a window on the contents.
