Interactive Architecture
I’ve had these great examples of interactive art and building projections in my head for a while now, but thought I should share them with TheScrapBook!
The Graffiti Research Lab is an awesome project, not in the least for their two great inventions – Throwies and Laser Tag.
Christopher Baker is perhaps less activist, but no less interesting, thanks to his work shown at AIGA. The interactive wall with texts is stunning. Check out the video here
TXTual Healing is a great project too that asks for interaction via text message that allows you to wear your heart on someone else’s sleeve… well, building really… Below is a video about Street Crime they did in London
Shadow Monsters is another favourite of mine, created by Philip Worthington, from the Design and the Elastic Mind exhibition at MOMA in NYC. April 2008

Philip Worthington, by the way, is a genius. Check out his Line Riders idea.
