Ever had your bike stolen in London? There’s about 4 places that it could turn up: Brick Lane, London Fields, eBay or Gumtree.
A friend had his bike stolen and spent days scouring ebay and gumtree to try and find it. As a web developer, he decided there was a better way to do this so has designed a site that amalgamates all of the bikes for sale in London daily on ebay and gumtree.
If you have your bike stolen, go to bikeshd where you’ll be able to easily search for the bike and see if anyone’s selling it, and you’ll be able to call the police or confront the person etc.
Spread the word.
(It’s a pretty handy resource for anyone in the market for a new bike anyway, to be honest. Stolen or not)
